We are mediating the rental of two rooms in Lovret.
Each room is 24m2 and has its own bathroom, wardrobe, desk, chair, refrigerator, and there is a microwave in the common area.
The price per room is 350 EUR, which includes: bed linen washing and room cleaning every 15 days, laundry service for a small fee, and utilities (electricity, water, communal fees, internet - unlimited/wifi and TV).
The rooms are equipped with: towels, bed linen, hairdryer, electric kettle, fridge, flat-screen TV, minibar, coffee/tea maker.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
One room has a balcony and faces north overlooking the park, and the other has two big windows.
Nearby there are all necessary amenities, and it’s only a 10-minute walk to the Riva.
Free public parking is also available nearby.
The rooms are available from October 1st to June 15th.

Agency service costs one month’s rent plus VAT.
